what are the methods I can order tickets?
- Online - This is the most convenient method to make sure you have tickets to any upcoming Barnstormers' home-game. Online purchases can be made at Barnstormers' Tickets Purchase
- In Person - Front gate ticket booths will open 90 minutes before the start of any home-game. Tickets can be purchased using cash or tap.
IT LOOKS LIKE RAIN, how will I know the game has been rained out?
In the event of bad weather, the best place to find out if the game has been cancelled or postponed is our Social Media pages @ckbarnstormers. If we need to cancel a game, we'll immediately put a story on our Social Media pages describing any details of the cancellation. Any online ticket purchases will be honored at another home-game of your choice. The moment we know when the game has been rescheduled we will update our Social Media pages.
I have a ticket from a game which was rained out/postponed/cancelled, what do i do?
Please be assured that we do all we can to play each home game. Just because it's raining at 9:00 am doesn't mean that night's game won't be played. Once rain is in the forecast, we immediately put our tarps on the field to keep the field as dry as possible.
We realize fans travel from all over the province, unfortunately, we can't predict what the weather is going to do a few hours in advance of game time. If you are traveling from a far distance, use your best judgment on whether you want to make the drive or not. Stay up to date on our website www.ckiblbaseball.com, as well as our social medias -- Facebook (CKBARNSTORMERS) Instagram and Twitter (@ckbarnstormers) 15 minutes prior to first pitch.
If a game is postponed or cancelled before the start or before the 4.5 inning is completed, your ticket may be exchanged for any future CK Barnstormers' home game during the 2025 regular season for equal or lesser value ticket (subject to availability.) If this occurs, we recommend exchanging ticket in advance of the game you wish to attend. NO REFUNDS are given for the tickets.
WHAT TYPE OF SEATING is available at FERGIE JENKINS FIELD
Fergie Jenkins Field has a limited 300 reserved seating behind Homeplate.
The rest of the ballpark is fully general admission with no ability to reserve any seating. the Barnstormers' home-game are mostly a full-house. If you want to have a seat, make sure you arrive early, find seats, make sure no one is sitting in those seats, and then, they are your seats for your game.
what tickets are available to be purchased?
- Youth: 7 to 12 years old : $5
- Youth Supreme (Meal plan included) : $20
- Adult: 13 to 59 years old : $14
- Adult/Senior Supreme (Meal Plan included) : $30
- Senior: 60 years and older : $11
WHAT DOES THE MEAL PLAN INCLUDE?
- Your ticket for the game
- 1 food item (burger or hotdog or fries)
- 1 drink (alcoholic drinks are beer or wine, only served to 19 years old and over)
Does my child need a ticket too?
Every child age 7 to 12 years of age require a ticket. Any children age 6 and under do not require a ticket, but will not have a seat. Will sit on someone's laps.
Once i purchase a ticket what is the refund policy
Regardless if our ticket was purchased online or in person there is absolutely no refunds available. If a game has been postponed please see above for the regulations of using your postponed tickets.
what time can i get into the BALLPARK?
The front gates open up 90 minutes before the scheduled game time. There is always live music before each home-game. Be sure to follow our website and Social Media for special events and theme night.
Where can i park?
There is no VIP parking area at FJF. Parking is located at Chatham Memorial Arena (80 Tweedsmuir Avenue West) and is on a first come basis. We do not charge for parking. There are a limited number of Handicap Parking spaces near the main front gates of the ballpark on Tweedsmuir Avenue West that are used on a first availability basis. Once those spaces are filled, we allow handicap drop off in front of the main gates. There is also handicap parking at Chatham Memorial Arena.
what can be brought into the BALLPARK?
No outside food or beverage can be brought into the ballpark. This includes, and is not limited to, fast food meals or drink cups, convenience store purchases, liquor/beer containers.
