BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES
Parties can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled day. We will confirm your party by e-mail 24 hours prior to the event. Cancellations within the 24 hours leading up to your event, or no-shows will result in full package charges. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your birthday party. A representative will meet you at the Field House to set up your birthday group.
WEATHER POLICY
A representative will contact you if it looks like the game may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather. The party may either be rescheduled to another available game, or you may receive a refund.
