July 28 is Bark in Park Day at Fergie Jenkins Field

Bark in the Park is that only special day in the season when Fans can bring their dogs with them at the ballpark for a Barnstormers' game.

Your pet will be allowed free of charge at the ballpark for that only day. We only ask pet owners to bring a little pet food to donate to Pet Wildlife and Rescue (PAWR). We want to help those with animals that have fallen on hard times and can't afford to buy food for their pets (they accept bags, half bags, etc.).

To ensure all attendees have a fun and safe experience at Bark in the Park event, please read and adhere to the following information:

  • Fans with four-legged friends should enter through the Main Gate on Tweedsmuir Ave. W. Your pet will only be allowed in the lawn sections. Dogs are not allowed in any other area of the ballpark or bleachers.
  • All dogs must be current on their vaccinations.
  • Dog owner assumes responsibility for the action of their dog for the duration of the Bark in the Park event.
  • You must bring your "doggy bags" and keep the lawn clean.
  • All dogs must be kept on fixed length leashes (no longer than 8 ft.) at all times. No dogs off leash.
  • That game will be busy and the weather might be warm. Please ensure your dog is comfortable in these conditions before planning to attend the event.
